Learn Resource Therapy

2 Day Introductory Online Foundation Training

Heidi Di Santo has been trained directly by Dr Gordon Emmerson who is the Founder of Resource Therapy to train other therapists in this life changing modality.

Resource Therapy (RT) is a short term and long lasting therapy that deals with the cause of the problem, not just the symptoms. It's a therapy that works with the part of the person that has the problem, which is why it's a quick and effective way of helping your clients to inner freedom.

The goal of Resource Therapy is to move parts that are pathological to a state of normality.

The power of this therapy is to be able to precisely locate and help the part that needs the help. Many therapies speak with an intellectual, talkative personality part that is not directly related to the presenting issue. Helping the part that needs the help is why Resource Therapy is so quick and effective.

Resource Therapy offers cutting edge techniques to help people with many issues which include:

  •  Anxiety and depression
  • Inner conflict and confusion
  • Trauma & post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Fears and phobias
  • Relationships with self and others
  • Procrastination, de-motivation & self-sabotage
  • Addiction
  • Self-harm
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • Dissociative identity disorder (DID)
  • Anorexia & bulimia
  • Suicidal ideation
  • Anger issues
  • Grief & complicated bereavement

The benefits of online study include:

  • Being able to work through the modules at your own pace, at a time that's convenient to you, when you are most ready to absorb the information
  • The ability to repeat lessons so you can truly understand key concepts
  • Money saved on accommodation and travel
  • Being able to start your training right NOW!

Becoming a Resource Therapist

There's 60 hours of training involved in becoming a Clinical Resource Therapist. This normally takes around 10 days. and means you'll be able to call yourself a Clinical Resource Therapist.

Any therapist or student of therapy may be trained as a Clinical Resource Therapist.

To be accepted into the Clinical Resource Therapy Training, you need to learn the basic skills as outlined in the foundation course and apply these skills to your work.

To be considered for Clinical training, participants need to be able to demonstrate to a trainer a sufficient level of understanding of the foundation Resource Therapy concepts.

This course is a first step towards becoming a Clinical Resource Therapist. It's a primer for the Clinical Qualification and often counts as the first 2 days of your Clinical training (depending upon the trainer). It also constitutes 12 hours of professional development training.

If you're a therapist, counsellor, psychologist or someone who works with people and have ever felt stuck wanting to help clients, Resource Therapy could be your answer!
